Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Endure Cool Patch. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs

Shipping within the US costs $4.90 for an order of one pack. Orders of two or more packs ship free.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after that. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

If we can’t ship your order within the time stated above, we’ll email you with an updated shipping date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with your tracking number and link. Tracking information may take a little time to update after you receive it.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us, and we’ll help you work with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order ships, but once it’s in transit we can’t modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method.
