I wasn't sure these would even work, but I was wrong, they are great! They are small, apply easily, remove easily, and offer some great cooling effect at the key points that can make cooling down easier. I've used them after a day walking around a hot festival and they sure did help. I put one on the back of my neck as well as my wrists. The biggest down side is that they are one time use, no "recharging", so they are just disposable.
